Creative Outdoor Solutions have recently been awarded one of the most prestigious landscape awards in Australia, "The 2009 National Residential Landscape of the year (under $100,000)" for their Albert Park courtyard project.

Presented in Adelaide at the National Landscape conference, Steve Taylor was honoured and humbled by the result and would like to thank the Australian Landscape Industry Association (ALIA) for presenting a stunning awards gala dinner at the National Wine Centre. The evening went off with out a hitch with the utmost professionalism and class.

We would also like to thank the sponsors of the evening including Melbourne̵s own Anston Paving Stones. The Victorian Landscape Industry, professionally led by the LIAV, seems to be leading the way within Australia by winning 4 of the 6 available National awards. We would like to take the opportunity of congratulating the LIAV, all the other winners and nominees on the evening.

Most importantly Steve would like to thank his amazing staff for all of their, now Nationally recognised, design, construction and customer service efforts over the years. The award is the pinnacle acknowledgement for their effort and one person alone cannot produce such an amazing result, it is a true team effort and we are eternally grateful for all their commitment, exceptional skills and professionalism.

Creative Outdoor Solutions joined the LIAV in 2003 and since then has won numerous industry awards in both design and construction cementing its position and reputation and one of Australia’s leading, innovative, most awarded landscape companies in the industry.

To further enhance our professionalism, Steve Taylor has recently become a Recommended Building Practioner (RBP) for Landscape Structures and Creative Outdoor Solutions has become a member of the Master Builders Association of Victoria.

Working in conjunction with leading architects, builders and mainly directly with the client, Steve Taylor and the team’s multi award winning service starts with the first point of contact, a 2 hour design consultation. From there, every level of the landscape process is approached with the utmost professionalism, innovative creativity and construction detail that has seen their work regularly published in the countries best media outlets with dozens of project profiles including numerous front cover features on Australia’s Number 1 landscape magazine, Outdoor Design and Living. Our landscape projects along with Steve’s landscape design and construction expertise has seen Creative Outdoor Solutions featured on television’s lifestyle programmes such as ABC’s Gardening Australia with John Patrick, Channel 7’s and Jamie Durie’s Australia’s Best backyards and Steve has recently finished filming with Channel 7’s ratings winner, Better Homes and Gardens.
